3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem, where applicable

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution.

4. Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an eligible physical item because you changed your mind, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Unless the return is due to damage, defect, incorrect item or a legal obligation, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of postage.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or where required by law.

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective or incorrect, or where an exchange is otherwise agreed.

7. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once the file has been delivered, downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a problem with a digital product, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel it.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the returns process once it has been delivered.

Digital orders that have already been delivered or accessed may not be cancellable unless required by law.

9. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the item was defective
  • the wrong item was sent
  • return shipping must be covered under applicable law

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit if no tracking or proof of postage is provided.
